Our approach
We want business owners and visitors to be able to read these pages, explore services, and contact us using the technology that works for them. Accessibility is part of the design and ongoing maintenance of this website. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a reference for improvements; this statement is not a claim that an independent conformance audit has been completed.
Features you can use
Pages use semantic headings, descriptive links, image descriptions, labeled form fields, visible keyboard focus, and responsive layouts. You can move through controls using Tab and Shift+Tab. Enter activates links and buttons; the contact dialog can be closed with Escape. The layout supports browser zoom and reduced-motion preferences. You do not need to complete the form to contact us.
Tell us about a barrier
If a page or control is difficult to use, email [email protected] or call +1 (408) 903-3275. Include the page address and what you were trying to do. If helpful, describe your browser or assistive technology. You do not need to disclose a disability, medical information, or any unrelated personal details. Let us know your preferred way to receive a reply or the information you need.
Alternative contact and third-party tools
You can request service information directly by email or phone if a website feature is inaccessible. Written correspondence can be sent to Larisa LLC digital marketing, 6111 Hyde Park Drive, Gilroy, CA 95020, USA. The contact form submits without leaving the page and announces sending, success, and error messages to assistive technology. Direct email links open an external email application; its operation and accessibility depend on that application. External websites have their own accessibility practices. A difficulty with one route does not prevent you from using another contact route.
Review and improvements
We review accessibility when changing content and interactive features, and use reported barriers to prioritize fixes. Browser and assistive-technology combinations can behave differently. This statement will be updated as the website changes. Please report an issue even if it is not described here so that we can understand and address it.
