About this notice
This notice supplements the Privacy policy for visitors who live in California. It describes this website and how to make a privacy request. California rights depend on the applicable law, the information involved, and whether a business is subject to that law. The CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, does not apply to every small business. The rights described below apply when their statutory requirements are met.
Information and purposes
The inquiry tool uses identifiers such as a name and email address, optional business details, and the contents of your message. Information comes directly from you when you submit the contact form or send an email. Ordinary network information is involved in serving pages. A local browser entry can remember acknowledgement of the cookie notice. The purposes are to deliver the website, remember that acknowledgement, and respond to requested business inquiries. FormSubmit processes and retains form submissions for 30 days to deliver inquiries by email. Cloudflare hosts the site, and the recipient’s email service handles delivered correspondence. The website has no analytics, advertising pixels, or data-sale integration. See the Privacy policy for recipients and retention details. This description concerns this website; it is not a statement of a company-wide historical data inventory.
Rights under applicable California law
Where the CCPA applies, you may request access to or information about the personal information a covered business holds, ask for deletion or correction, and exercise rights concerning sale, advertising sharing, and certain uses of sensitive information. Covered businesses may not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Exceptions may permit retention or restrict disclosure, including to protect security, comply with law, or protect another person’s rights.
Sale, sharing, and preference signals
This website does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. It contains no targeted advertising or optional tracking scripts. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track users receive the same no-tracking website. A cookie-notice acknowledgement is not consent to sell data, receive marketing, or waive a privacy right. If you have a question about information you shared in a separate business relationship, include that context in your request.
Making a request
Email [email protected] with the subject “California privacy request,” or write to Larisa LLC digital marketing, 6111 Hyde Park Drive, Gilroy, CA 95020, USA. Describe the right you wish to exercise and the relevant interaction. You may use an authorized agent where allowed by law. Proof of authorization and proportionate identity verification may be needed before personal records can be disclosed or changed. A request does not require creating an account. Please do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents without arranging an appropriate verification process.
Response times and exceptions
When a request falls under the CCPA, applicable statutory response periods and procedures govern it. Access, correction, and deletion requests generally require a response within 45 calendar days; a permitted extension requires notice. A response may explain why a request cannot be fulfilled, including a verification issue or legal exception. This ordinary business contact number is not represented as a toll-free CCPA request line.
